We don’t just believe in leaders, we invest in them and their ideas.

The Spark Leadership Fund offers micro funds to individual BIPOC leaders to invest in an idea that they have for solving a community challenge. We know that sometimes without financial resources, leaders may have good ideas that are never executed. So, we want to support projects and encourage proactive prototyping of solutions to create more just and equitable communities.

Individuals can apply for funds of  $1000-$2,500.
