CAPEE

CAAL’s Asian Parents for Educational Equity

CAPEE is a parent leadership program that aims to build a support system for parents as they navigate education. The purpose of the program is to build upon the leadership of Asian parents through learning organizing strategies, offering an opportunity to reimagine our education system, and taking action on issues that come up during the course of the school year. Our hope is for Asian parents to have the tools and connections they need to advocate for education policies at the local and state level that ensures robust academic and socio-emotional support, while also providing a joyful and nourishing environment for Asian Minnesotan learners.
