CAAL’s civic leadership approach is grounded in our believe that our democracy thrives when people are visible, included, and actively engaged shaping decisions that impact their lives. That’s we equip leaders with a deeper understanding of the political process, and help Asian Minnesotan leaders not only become visible, but we ensure they are heard in the civic process. Through trainings and issues-based advocacy we help Asian Minnesotan leaders live into their civic power.
