“Resilience”

This year reminded me of how resilient our community is. We marched in the streets in protest, we fought rising anti-asian hate, and we grieved for too many Black lives lost. We will say their names, we will remember their lives, and we will fight for a better tomorrow. Our liberation is bound together.

Amie M. Schiller has worked in the environmental sector for six years. In her spare time, she’s a printmaker who draws inspiration from her adventures in nature.
